I live by this principle and make it tangible in my training and coaching.
As the second youngest of eight children, I was able to experience a wonderful childhood on a farm in the countryside of Appenzell CH.
However, it was also characterized by many limitations that I imposed on myself through my shyness and shame.
Ultimately, the path to becoming a trainer and coach was a training session for myself.
In sports as well as in the mental area, I sought to expand my limits using a variety of methods and tools.
Three topics out of my life in different functions
from where trainings emerged :
Years ago, an entrepreneur and enthusiastic participant asked me if I would like to accompany him personally as a coach. I now enjoy accompanying "entrepreneurial" personalities as a coach more and more.
Another internationally active customer mentioned disharmony in the service business . Different processes and standards, different customer care, too little value-based selling, resistance from the company's own sales staff to take the new, fresh approach .
This resulted in a multi-level training that we practiced worldwide.
